Is total relaxation in the mind or in the soul. Is it the mind that sees past the world around you to bring peace or is it the soul that releases all its pain at the one moment where you connect with the highest power.

I know I had to have done something because I was free for the first time in a long time. There was no pain, there was no loss, there was no agony brought on by insanity. There was only...how better to put it than Peace.

I will relay how it happened later. Rather undramatic but defiantly something that should have happened ages ago.

Suffice to say I connected with my maker and I was released of a weight that was bearing on both my mind and my soul.

Grasping at Straws

So this next week I am off of work. With maybe 3 days of skiing going then Bitty will be here life will be good.

I have to try not to get into any trouble so that I can enjoy this next week. I tend to get into trouble a lot so this time I am going to be on my best behaviour.

Played Crysis last night, AWESOME!

Driving in a truck towards a village filled with Koreans, with a huge mountain in the background. The ground starts to rumble and my car ditches into a tree. I get out to see what this is all about and I see the mountain crumbling. HUGE chunks of rock are falling off of it. If you ever been to Frank Slide you would know what I am talking about.

In any case, it scared the crap out of me. I thought I was going to get crushed. I was still quite far away so fortunately I was out of range but it was really really impressive. I am beginning to enjoy this.

Well, play crysis. That's my point.

Finally a game that is speaking to me. Crysis multiplayer is fun. Single player is just as fun.

See that nuke. That's me pwning noobs. Well that's not really me since I uninstalled the video recording software but still, I do that.

Now after you decided to buy this game (which you should) let me know and I will show you how to pwn.

The game is based on the fps standard. Some powers you get are increased speed, strength, armor and a little cloak. All of which don't last long if you use them. So you need to be able to activate them, do your thing and shut them off really fast.

A.I. is really dumb. If ever there is a patch for this please fix the A.I. There are plenty of games with good A.I, copy them. I wont mind. Gears of War comes to mind. Great A.I.there!

But the rest of the game is a gem. You play a special ops guy who is dropped into Korea to investigate and find missing scientists. From the moment your dropped shit happens. Your parachute fails and you get tangled up. Lucky for you, the Nano Suit your wearing helps you survive the water landing. Biggest cannon ball ever goes to Nomad, the star of Crysis.

Anyways, the Koreans are pissed and shoot at you on site and lest we forget the aliens that are killing your buddies and the Koreans. Blah blah blah story goes on (dont give out spoilers).

Anyways the real fun came when I got on multi player. See there are tactical small nukes that pack a good punch ( as shown in the video above) and there for the game is fun. I went 25-26 and 0 on a death match the other day and with every kill I giggled my ass off. Ask Bitty.

Power struggle mode is where if your teams captures and holds enough points your team can purchase some nukes. Which are then used to make the opposing teams base look like dust. once that is done you win.

All and all i give this game a 8 out of 10. It loses marks for the bad A.I. and the lack of melee weapons. If I had a knife I would love to kill some guys silently. Perhaps adding the ability to perform very stealthy or rush in and blow shit up. Stealth in this game is lacking. there but lacking.

I am in some serious pain right now. I finally went to the Gastric Specialist and am taking a butt load(pardon the pun) of tests to figure out why I am in so much pain.

In the mean time I am getting killed here.

I'm trying to get off early to go to the lab to get some new tests that look quite serious off my list of tests to do. Then I want to go home and sleep. Or play Crysis. Its nice to sit in my leather chair and relax and play a game. I tend to ignore my pains while I play.

Ahh crap I am out of time to go do these tests. Two more hours of agony and I am going home to die.

Ohh I have a Crysis review coming up when I get a sec. I will give you a preview "BOOOM! hee hee, OHH there gonna have to put you back together, IN HELL!"

I tried Kane and Lynch last night. I have never killed so many cops in the progress of the game as I am now. I am shooting black cops, white cops, men cops, women cops....and taking ZERO pleasure in it.

Could the game be more tactical and less kill every cop you see.

My god, I have not heard the word fuck in a game soo many time ever. Do criminals really swear that much?

Violent beyond anything I have seen is this game.

Grafix are ok.
Gameplay is...violent.
UI is ok.

Honestly why do they put out a game like this with so much hype and then say.....go kill cops like crazy to win. Should there not be a challenge?

Unlike other reviewers I really don't like to tell you what the game is about. There is no point. Story is second on the developers mind when they made this. Its like here is a game... now go kill cops.

I can only kill soo many cops before I get sick of it.

I like cops. They keep me safe. I don't want to kill them.

Stupid people, quit with the crap and give me something.... I duno..... FUN!

I said it one and I'll say it again

If your too nice to people they tend to turn ugly on you faster.

I fucked up by not setting concrete details in place. My bad. My assumption was that people had their part under control.

We really did not have time to dork around with this stuff but apparently we needed to.

But as soon as I ask for assistance to get it done people turn on me like a wounded wolf in a pack of hungry dogs.

I am really tired of people being so...human.

I am not a person who likes this time of year. I rather loathe it. But you tell people that when they ask what your doing and they turn on you like (insert similar above statement here).

How can people be so intolerant. Well for me we all come from the same pot of life but I guess these new religions dictate that we are all different and therefore we should hate each other. Which makes them human and not part of the greater circle of life.

Once I thought humanity had a chance to survive. Once I even became their champion. Hurrah Humans.....

Not any more. No matter how much you show them the way they always turn their teeth toward your throat and bite until you die.

I wear a gorget now every second.

So I bought a 1200$ HDD video camera.

Yes I know that is a lot of money.

Anyways.... you finished.... thank you...

Anyways, I played with it for a while. But I was not really happy from the beginning. First of all I wanted an eye port. Second of all I wanted an easy camera to operate. All of which don't happen in this particular camera.

So I am going to return it for a full refund.

I'll put the money on my student loans and then I will be happier later when they are all paid off.

Is the grownup thing to do.. but the kid in me want to buy a High def big screen.....
